This 1966 Vauxhall Velox started it's life as a danish-assembled british car, featuring a 3,3 litre inline 6-cylinder engine. The owner at the time decided to restore the car, and it was done very thoroughly. The car changed colour from white to this handsome tone of red, and the 3,3 litre engine got overhauled and put back into the car. At some point, though, the owner decided to exchange that engine with a 3,5 litre Rover V8 from a Rover P6. When you look at the car you will see that this modification has been carried out with extreme care and it is very well-built: if the factory had ever build a Vauxhall Velox V8, this is how it would have looked. Currently the engine is stroked to 4,2 litres and features a NOS kit. The present owner only uses it for occasionally sunday-spins, and although the car has lots of power it is not being driven fast. It is after all an old car and not particular good for driving at high speeds.
