| This 1965 Kadett A Caravan belongs to Arnstein Lønstad, Noway. The Kadett is modified with front and rear axle, and brakes, from a Kadett B Rally. Modifying the rear chassis rails from leaf springs to normal springs was a difficult but neccessary job to make the B rear axle fit. The engine is a 1.9 stroked to 2.2 litres and fitted with webers. Furthermore the Kadett sports adjustable Koni schock-absorbers and other stuff. The Kadett is MOT'ed by the Norweigian Road License Department.
And you have to admire the very nice result of this project; if one didn't know better you could mistake the car for having left the factory like this! And with the low weight of this car one can imagine how it drives....
Below is Arnstein's newest project, a Kadett B Coupe, which should be finished the late summer of 2005.
